But i dont think this is abnormal, In multi server games ive played you usually cant move your account from one server to another whenever you feel like it.
Some games Ive played you had to pay $20 to move from one server to another.. And that procedure took a couple of days for someone to manually do..
Checking with Google, looks like its 25$ for a server transfer for wow.
There's 2 servers, you get to pick one of them.. Id conciser that a permanent selection / move..
