The "French" special and the general bad feeling amongst the EU community is an ideal time for this community team to make an impact I would have thought ? At least it would help you out in answering and trying to calm down the unhappy players.

As it is, Supercharge ( English Community Manager ) and Moneo (Head of Community Europe ) have hardly been active at all
