2. Can is be considered to buff the JT in hull armor, as at the moment the 250mm citadel is rather useless because most of it is covered by the gun mantlet, as well as that the hull seems so weak, that even tier VIII easily penetrate the upper hull?
The hull should be at least just as thick as the KT, if not a bit more. Everyone agrees if the lower hull would be a weakspot, but at the moment even the upper plate is easily penetrated.
