EU Questions & Answers

Player statistics: You are probably aware of the Unofficial EU server statistics thread and the similar version on the Russian forums. The data for both threads has been supplied by the guy doing the Russian version by parsing player profiles on your website. Considering he does not update very often and does not include all data of interest I am considering to do the same myself.
Would I be allowed to do this or would I risk banning of my IP/account for excessive usage of the website (we are talking about retrieving several hundred thousand player profiles after all, although I would keep concurrent concurrent bandwidth usage low)?
In gathering such stats you come across a number of player profiles that are not available to the public although they are not special event accounts or press accounts but heavily played accounts part of player clans (example). What are those about?
Tank data: You said on your blog that you use http://www.wotdb.info/ yourself and that the data therein is correct. That's however not the case, a non-trivial portion of the data on that site is incorrect. Considering reverse engineering or modification of game files is against the EULA, yet you allow it for all game modification posted on these forums and elsewhere, would I be allowed to create a similar site to http://www.wotdb.info/, but containing accurate data parsed directly from the game client's files:
if I only include data visible in the game client, or
if I include also data that can be found out via testing (e.g. repair costs), or
if I include also data that cannot be found out reliably via testing (e.g. shot dispersion factors of different tracks). I would not include outdated data no longer part of the current client files (invisibility, etc.).
UC data: As you know from a previous discussion I keep a historical database of all events on the global map. Would I be allowed to make that public?
dossier_cache data: As you know the game keeps detailed player statistics in the dossier_cache file. There are at least two sites providing reverse engineering services for the data contained within that file.
Would I be allowed to make my own (considering it is generally against the EULA)?
If I remember correctly it was stated in the past that WG considered making that data available to players themselves. Any update?
Thanks! :Smile_honoring:

Overlord: I'm not empowered to sanction such actions, so I would recommend you to submit a ticket to customer support.
