My questions:
Is this true? You mentioned that in a content patch like 0.6.x, there will be no major adjustments to existing tanks.
Do you give us detailed informations of the specific adjustments for each tank you change in the patch-notes of 0.6.7? The players deserve to know in which way their tank has been modified.
