Do I need to also add that these people are probably the same people that will use the next hack and the one after that.. and more people will follow suit since you take the soft stance on hacking and not a hard stance.
It would be like a random guy knifing another and instead of slamming that guy behind bars for life.. you merely make it so everyone has to use plastic knives... but how do you get the real deal out of circulation?
