Overlord would you ever consider a user rated skin system as described above? It would have strict guidelines of course.

Overlord: All the skins are to be cached by the server and preferably added to the game client. That's they main problem with user-created skins currently. Personally I like the idea of downloadable packs, the problem is who is going to choose what content to include and what not.
