Why is German stuff overtierd?

And now let me tell you something about respect. I "respect" a T-29 when it is coming my way. I respect all of the IS series tanks if they happen to decloak. I even respect the KV. I do NOT feel respect when I have a Tiger or Panther in my sights since I am busy counting XP and credits.

My feelings are following: I am aware of extreme danger of properly played US Heavy, I know Tiger has too much HP, so it will take time before it is destroyed, I know KT, Half-Maus and Maus are very formidable, especially from the front. I fear IS-4, I do not consider IS being a tank, I revel when I meet IS-3 or IS-7, their lack of armor and poor accuracy means easy juicy target, great amount of Creds/XP moving my way. That's just my own humble opinion.
