Guide on how to join a team

I was in a TOG2 tank (oh by the way i BOUGHT IT) when attacked by a platoon of 2 tanks, testing there guns on its armour. i warned them on more than one occasion i wuld retaliate. they continued. so i dispatched both of them. this caused another player who until this point was not involed to attack. i tried to explain my actions to the other two players and again warned him of the consequences of his actions. he continued and again i destroyed him. at the end of battle with a -2 i find myself banned for a day. without any administraion enquirey. fair enough ban people who deserve to be so. but i have played many thousand of battles, and apart of an occasional accidently blue on blue have neve team killed. Im sure it wont be resolved imediately as i would like. be please find one very very disgruntled customer who because of this instance may find myself spending my money to sombody who cares for there customers.
I have now played WOT for around 2 years and this is the first time i felt a need to COMPLAIN.
