Karlie:     Elle se vrací domů do CZ (za ženou, dětmi a zasazeným stromem) a s WG se loučí. Já přecházím do oddělení eSportu, které je mezinárodní, tedy zůstávám ve WG, jen si sednu na druhou stranu kanceláře a budu dělat trochu jinou práci  Tuccy si hledá strom, lano jsme mu už objednali 

Ellendway:   On je problém, že my o práci nepřišli. Karlie se přesouvá do eSportu a já do jiné firmy.  

Ellendway:   Já odcházím z WG úplně. Vracím se do Prahy.

Tanatoy: Hé Yann, je n'ai pas dit que tu étais un hérétique hein...  Faut pas monter sur son poney dès le début...  En termes de réalisme, si tu as des suggestions, sans que cela casse l'équilibrage, n'hésite pas si elles n'ont pas déjà été soumises à les mettre dans la section dédiée. Remarque, les batailles historiques qui poussait vers plus de réalisme ont été un échec, parce que les joueurs ne souhaitaient que prendre les chars les plus "op" du line-up, et cela causait un temps d'attente beaucoup trop long... Et il ne faut pas oublier que le degré de réalisme, c'est un peu comme les goûts et les couleurs, ils différent en fonction de la personne et de ce qu'elle souhaite.     

Karlie:   Koukám, kulturní vzdělání jsi moc neutrpěl  Jinak smyslem tohoto vlákna je mimo slušnosti se rozlučit (za mě s komunitou, s kterou jsem strávila skoro 1,5 roku) a mimo to upozornit, že já, ani Elle vám v mnoha ohledech již nebudeme moci pomoci s vámi zasílanými žádostmi nebo dotazy formou PM (a ano, dostáváme jich spoustu).Navíc místo neustálého vysvětlování Tuccyho, kde jsme nebo našeho, proč jsme několik dnů neodpověděli na PM nebo proč nereagujeme, jednoduše nalinkujeme.  Pokud je to pro tebe zbytečné vlákno, pak mě zaráží, že v něm trávíš čas a vkládáš do něj aktivně své příspěvky 

Ellendway:   Jo jo. Ludwo nemáme nic lepšího na práci, než Ti mazat příspěvky.

Ellendway:   Ano na to reagujeme my. Pokud na to máme samozřejmě informace. Pokud k tomu nemáme informace, nemáme k tomu co říct a musíme počkat, až nám to někdo objasní. Bohužel nejsme jasnovidci, takže jsou nějaké věci, které prostě neovlivníme a musíme počkat.   A co se týče překladu, tak ano, předáváme to dál. Více bohužel udělat nemůžeme.

Ellendway:   Já ho tam vidím. Překlady mají na starost lidi z content týmu.
A co se týče chyb, tak nejlepší možnost je obrátit se na zákaznickou podporu, která bude požadovat nějaké informace o problému a pak je možné vše předat dále.

Ellendway:   Promiň, ale dej mi jediný důvod, proč bychom se k těmto konspiračním teoriím neměli vyjadřovat?   Je potřeba rozlišit taky fakt, že my jako komunitní koordinátoři se nestaráme o překlady na webovém portále, od toho tady máme jiné lidi. A ano, máš pravdu, měli bychom si hledět našich pozicí... ale počkej, to vlastně děláme, když do tohoto tématu přispíváme.  

Tanatoy: Pas que ça Gobo, un jeu vraiment réaliste, tout point par point serait tout d'abord quasi irréalisable :   Si c'était vraiment le cas, chaque joueur devrait contrôler un poste de combat dans un char, sympa le gameplay du chargeur ; Un moteur de char, avant de faire des accélérations, de "tirer dedans" comme on dit, il faut le faire chauffer, sympa les 5 premières minutes au régime moteur bridé à 30% Il faudrait y rajouter les mines antichar, les canons antichars, l'aviation, l'infanterie etc... donc, tout cela a équilibré aussi.   Et on peut continuer comme ça sur des dizaines d'exemples...cela ne serait pas amusant à jouer du tout. Et il y a tout de même plus de 300 chars à équilibrer, imaginez faire une salade de fruits, pour 200.000 personnes, avec 300 ingrédients, et le goût doit être bon, aucun des ingrédients ne devant supplanter l'autre.  Pô simple non ?

The prizes for the winners of the Twilight of Gods event have now been distributed to your accounts. Due to a server-side error, some of the winners were unintentionally credited twice, resulting in them receiving in addition to the reward tank (T23E3) also 7 000 Gold. While considering many options on rectifying the situation, we have decided to fix the problem in two different ways:
 
1.       On game accounts with more than 7000 gold at the time when we realized the error, the gold was removed
2.       For a very small number of players that did not have 7000 gold at that time, we have decided to remove the reward tank
 
Additionally we decided that players affected by the 2nd way (and only those) will be eligible to exchange 7000 gold for the reward tank if they wish to do so. In order to avail of the exchange, please make sure you have 7000 gold or more on your account and write a ticket to Customer Service via the Support Portal requesting the exchange. The Customer Service will then remove 7000 gold from your account and send you the reward tank in exchange.
 
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this error.

Grimbru: I see this topic coming up again and again. What I tend to say is that in online gaming you generally have one conversation that leads to 90% of ill feeling towards other players and arguments. It goes like this:   "I think you are doing this wrong." "I don't like being criticised." "I don't like you." "I don't like you either."   You can change the words but the  general sentiment is the same. WoT is no different to any other online competitive team pvp game. It's something that as you play games you learn to deal with in my experience.   However, I'd really like to hear your honest thoughts and ideas on how you would go about 'improving' the community. I don't want to hear "You can't because WoT players are all @#%$@#$" or god forbid "Fix MM WG", but any thoughts on how you would go about encouraging people to 'play nice' are more than welcome.    My two cents would be that gamers in general could learn to deliver and take criticism a little better, but hey, that's just me.

J0HN_117: Saludos comandantes,    Los premios de este evento ya han sido repartidos. Debido a un error interno del servidor, algunos de los ganadores fueron premiados dos veces, por lo que recibieron además del tanque T23E3, 7.000 de oro. Después de considerar varias vías de cómo solucionar ésto, hemos decidido arreglar el problema con dos soluciones:   1. En los jugadores con más de 7000 de oro dentro del juego en el momento en que nos dimos cuenta del error, dicho oro será retirado.  2. Para la pequeña cantidad de jugadores que no tenían 7000 de oro en ese momento, hemos decidido retirarles el tanque premiado.   Además, los jugadores dentro del grupo de la solución número 2, (y sólo éstos) podrán cambiar esos 7000 de oro por el tanque de regalo si así lo desean. Para que el cambio sea efectivo, dichos jugadores se tendrán que asegurar de que tienen 7.000 de oro o más en sus cuentas y escribir un ticket al equipo de soporte pidiendo el cambio. El Equipo de Soporte quitará los 7000 de oro de tu cuenta y te enviará el tanque en su lugar.   Querimos pedir disculpas por las molestias causadas debido a este error.   El equipo de World of Tanks.

V uplynulých dnech jsme na účty těch nejlepších z nejlepších v akci klanových válek "Soumrak Bohů" připsali odměny. Kvůli chybě na serverové straně bohužel došlo k tomu, že byli někteří z výherců odměněni dvakrát, takže ve výsledku dostali jak speciální tank (T23E3), tak jeho cenu ve zlaťácích (7000).   Po zvážení všech možností, které máme k řešení situace: 1. Pokud bylo na dotyčném herním účtu více, než 7000 zlaťáků, odebrali jsme z účtu odpovídající částku. 2. Pro malé množství hráčů, kteří neměli v danou chvíli na účtě 7000 zlaťáků jsme se rozhodli odebrat speciální tank.
 
Hráči, kterých se týká druhý bod (a pouze oni) budou mít možnost vyměnit 7000 zlaťáků za speciální tank. K tomu budou nejprve potřebovat doplnit zlaťáky na svém účtu a v okamžiku, kdy budou mít na účtu 7000 nebo více zlaťáků, mohou se obrátit na podporu prostřednictvím Portálu podpory a požádat o výměnu. Podpora poté odebere z jejich účtu 7000 zlaťáků a přidá jim výměnou speciální tank.   Omlouváme se za nepříjemnosti způsobené naší chybou.   Váš tým World of Tanks

Sunucu tarafında oluşan bir sorun sebebiyle, kazananların bazılarına istemeyerek ödüller iki kere yollandı, ve bu durum bazı oyuncuların ödül tankı T23E3'e ek olarak 7.000 altın almasına sebep oldu. Bu durum hakkında ne yapacağımızı düşünürken durumu 2 farklı şekilde çözmeye karar verdik:   1. İki kere ödüllendirilen oyunculardan hesabında 7.000 altından fazla altın olanlardan ekstradan verilen 7.000 altın geri alındı. 2. İki kere ödüllendirilen oyunculardan hesabında 7.000 altın bulunmayan küçük bir grup oyuncunun hesabından ise ödül tankı geri alındı.   Ek olarak 2. grupta olan oyuncuların(sadece bu durumdan etkilenen bu oyuncular içindir bu) 7.000 altın karşılığında tankı geri alabilmesine karar verdik. Tankı bu şekilde geri almak isteyen 2. grupta yer alan oyuncular hesabınızda 7.000 altından fazla altın olduğundan emin olduktan sonra Müşteri Hizmetlerine, destek portalı üzerinden bir bilet göndererek isteğinizi bize iletebilirsiniz. Sonrasında Müşteri Hizmetleri hesabınızdan 7.000 altını geri alacak ve hesabınıza tankı ekleyecektir.   Bu hata sebebiyle oluşan herhangi bir rahatsızlık için üzgünüz.   Sizin World of Tanks Takımınız.

PanzerGert: Kommandanten!   Die Preise für das Götterdämmerung Event wurden an eure Accounts verteilt. Aufgrund eines Serverfehlers erhielten einige Spieler unbeabsichtigt die Preise zweimal, was dazu führte das zusätzlich zum T23E3 Panzer ebenfalls 7000 Gold den Accounts gut geschrieben wurden. Unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Optionen haben wir uns entschlossen die Situation wie folgt zu beheben:   Nachdem der Fehler bemerkt wurde, wurde auf den Accounts welche mehr als 7000 Gold aufwiesen das Gold wieder entfernt. Für einige wenige Accounts welche nicht die benötigten 7000 Gold aufwiesen wurde stattdessen der Panzer wieder entfernt.   Zusätzlich wurde entschieden, das Spieler welche unter Punkt 2. fallen (und nur diese Spieler), berechtigt sind im Tausch für 7000 Gold den T23E3 wieder zu erstehen wenn diese es wünschen. Um diesen Tausch durchführen zu können stellt bitte sicher das wenigstens 7000 Gold auf eurem Account vorhanden sind. Erstellt dann bitte ein Ticket an den Kundendienst über das Kundendienst Portal, in welchem dann der Tausch angefragt wird. Der Kundendienst wird dann die 7000 Gold im Tausch für den T23E3 von eurem Account entfernen.   Wir bitten die Unannehmlichkeiten welche durch diesen Fehler entstanden zu entschuldigen.

Grimbru:   I can understand you feeling a little lonely on the community team front. Our team was nerfed when iScending, Dakiras and ipaul left. You now have Erissa and I, but to be honest we are still new members of the team. Speaking for myself, I'm more than happy to let you guys troll the heck out of each other and have fun as long as it stays clear of personal insults.   When it comes to stepping in on discussions about gameplay, well... look at my battle count. I can throw in some common sense but I'm still learning. Doing OK though. Give it time. But for example If I try to jump in on something technical a group of 20k+ games guys are discussing, i'm likely to have this happen:     You can expect us to only get more active though guys. Apologies if you have been feeling neglected and I mean that.  

Grimbru:   You guys need to make the distinction between a member of the Community Team and a mod. Our job is not really to shut down threads or enforce rules, though we will do so if we see fit. We're here to steer discussions in the right direction (ie. on topic), join in the fun with you guys, gather feedback on how you feel about things and try to keep you entertained as much as we can. Often the best way to do that imo is to let you guys have fun.   Mods on the other hand have to be a bit more heavy handed by nature. It's a tough job but someone has to do it.

Les récompenses pour les meilleurs d'entre vous ayant pris part au Crépuscule des dieux ont été crédités sur votre compte de jeu. A cause d'un problème venant du serveur, certains participants ont reçu leur récompense deux fois, recevant 7 000 pièces d'or en plus du char promis (T23E3). Alors qu'on se demandait comment résoudre le problème, nous avons décidé de le résoudre de deux manières :   1. Sur les comptes de jeu possédant plus de 7 000 pièces d'or au moment où nous avons réalisé l'erreur commise, l'or a été retiré.
2. Pour un nombre de joueurs très limité n'ayant pas 7 000 pièces d'or à ce moment, nous avons décidé de retirer le char du compte.   De plus, les joueurs concernés par le second cas de figure (et seulement ceux-là) auront la possibilité d'échanger leurs 7 000 pièces d'or contre le char prévu en guise de récompense, s'ils le souhaitent. Pour ce faire, assurez-vous d'avoir au moins  7 000 pièces d'or sur votre compte et envoyez un ticket au support client via le Centre du Service Clientèle en leur demandant de procéder à l'échange. Le service clientèle se chargera alors de retirer 7 000 pièces d'or de votre compte et le créditera avec le char premium en échange.
