Если это действительно греческий крейсер (его изображений я не видел, да и существуют ли они?), то вот его описание:    “Speaking [at the end of January 1939] to the British naval attache, Captain Packer, Vice-Admiral Sakellariou, the Chief of the Naval Staff, argued that keeping open the northern Aegean … required a ship faster and more powerful than any 10,000 ton, 8-inch gun Italian cruiser. ...
