Battle Shifting Bug Should Be Fixed

veganzombiez: Hi guys, So Battle Shifting wasn't working correctly for some.  I've been informed that it has now been fixed.  If you use it in tonight's battles (July 8), and it's still borked, send in the usual screenshots (app creation/cancel, battle pop time, etc.) + info on which provinces were affected to Support.  You can also title it like, "Battle Shift still bugged on July 8" for easier tracking.
