province, that province's borders are blocked for 2 turns.
This means that the province does not generate income for 2
turns (blocked borders = no connection to HQ), and that nothing can
move into or out of that province. If a clan only has a few
provinces, it may be more of an annoyance since they'll likely have
Divisions in each province. If a clan has quite a few
provinces, Auctioning into the middle and then using a Division
with Bomber Squadron could easily secure another province if they
don't have the Influence to maintain many provinces. In your
situation, if those 2 clans attacked you, and one of them had
Bomber Squadron, you wouldn't be able to move the province's
Division anywhere for at least 2 turns (up to 4 with two
attackers).

There are only 2 Battle Types: Tournament Battles and Battles
with a Province Owner. In the meantime, I'll discuss
with the devs about adding more elaboration to the guide.
