Best Tier 10 Medium Tank for Clan Wars/Strongholds?

veganzombiez:   Ah yah, re-reading the OP, he does say best in the poster's opinion.  I'm used to doing the whole "if you're good at this, go x" type of recommendation.   Guess I might as well grind the Batchat now, though I wasn't fond of it on the test server.
