Your tech support has ALREADY confirmed it is an issue after
watching the replays. My replays were both sent to the
developers and I was advised to watch for a patch to fix the
problem. My first ticket was opened on 2/12/14.
I received confirmation after tech support watched the replay
there was a problem and that it was sent to the developers. My
second ticket (after nothing happened with the first one) was
opened on 3/12/14. I again received confirmation from tech
support that they watched the replay, confirmed there was a problem
and AGAIN sent it to the developers. A reply from tech
support stated: "This is a bug that we are currently aware
of and our development staff is actively working to correct the
problem. " Each patch since February I watch for a fix
to the problem yet there is none. Not sure there is really a
point in me sending any more replays since the developers know
there is a bug. veganzombiez: Every replay we get is helpful, more so if it's a
considerable amount of time after the first report.
Sometimes, a new replay will help our developers connect the
dots or give inspiration as to where else to look for the cause,
etc. You don't need to send in a replay every time you
experience an issue, but it doesn't hurt to send one in a month or
two after your first ticket.
