with full Admin privileges, and removing and re-adding the World of
Tanks Launcher (not the .exe) to your AV/Firewall white lists.
In your World of Tanks game folder (default
C:\Games\World_of_Tanks), there's a file called
"WoTLauncher". Send it + your DxDiag in to Support. We'll be able to provide more
