So whats WG SLA for responding to support tickets (2 weeks?)

veganzombiez:   Huh, so you got resent the emails after viewing closed tickets?  Interesting.  I'll pass this along and see if we can't stop this from happening in the future.   Was there a specific ticket you looked at, or was it just random?  Also, did the email start coming immediately?   Thanks for the info!
