Low FPS in sniper mode after new hot patch.

veganzombiez:   I'd like you to submit a screenshot or replay along with your DxDiag, Python, and WoTLauncher logs into Support.  We'll take a look and try to see what's going on.   You might want to drop down to Standard Graphics for the time being.
