So does WG even bother to accept reports with replays anymore?

an algorithm that "reads" your tickets much like google mail ads
"read' your emails. So for instance if you use the words "MM" or
"matchmaking" it will read it as you are tendering a complaint
about matchmaking. An interesting byproduct of this
is.......if you send in a few tickets with just the words
"matchmaking" or "mm" in it........for the next 20 games or so you
will get really favorable matchmaking. Now if everyone exercised
this little trick......it would put a strain on their ticketing
system.....now wouldnt it?pizzastorm: Not sure where you heard this but I can tell you this is 100
percent false. Every ticket is handled by one of our support
agents. Yes, sometimes they use automated responses, but only when
they have decided that it is sufficient to address your issue.

automated system. You're free to grief at will, push players out at
will, and you'll only get punished if you do it so often you get a
lot of reports in a small period of time. Thanks WG!pizzastorm: After reading through this thread, I can see that a lot of
you feel that we have stopped enforcing our rules. This is not the
case! Our system is currently undergoing a change and our support
staff is working on a way where they can enforce these rules while
also responding to all other support issues in a more timely
manner. I am inviting one of our support leads in here
to explain the system a bit more and hopefully allay your
concerns.
