Bug or Hack. Not sure which

pizzastorm: Yes it is a bug.   If you see this occur then sending in replay will help us identify placed where this happens so we can (hopefully) fix it.   Also, if players are exploiting this bug to help them not lose a game then they will be suspended for a short period of time.
