El Halluf and Redshire have an abundance of foliage and rocks to hide behind to stay concealed. If the hills are predominantly flat on top like a plateau, and not just a high ridge that can be crested and retreated behind quickly between shots, then it might not be so bad. Bushes, trees, and hard cover should also be kept to a minimum if at all possible. Some cover is warranted, of course, but it should not be so readily available that they're where 80% of the combat takes place.

pizzastorm: I agree, it would help if the plateau could not be retreated behind over and over.
