I must point out though that this was one of the few I've seen like this.  Most of the reports I send in either don't result in a ban, or I can't verify it except for noting the player hasn't played in a while.  I've assume the non-bans were either for less serious infractions, or because the player's record was relatively clean.

pizzastorm:   It doesn't matter if the offender has a clean record or not. If they break any of our game rules they will get a ban regardless of their past history. The only way their previous record can affect a ban is to lengthen it if they are repeat offenders.
