complaint issued on them before, nothing it likely to happen.
If they are habitual offenders, or otherwise deserve a ban, action
will be taken around the same time the support person sends you a
response. I reported someone for throwing the match at the
end of the game once. Our team had two arty left, and the
enemy had a Rhm that would die if he held in a sneeze. One of
our arty chose to drown himself instead of try for the win, so I
reported him for it. It took about 24 hours before I got a
response from support. One minute before the time stamp on
the response, that player got a 24 hour ban. I was able to
check that because he was in a clan and the clan page will show if
a person is banned and when the ban will lift. I must point out
though that this was one of the few I've seen like this. Most
of the reports I send in either don't result in a ban, or I can't
verify it except for noting the player hasn't played in a
while. I've assume the non-bans were either for less serious
infractions, or because the player's record was relatively clean.pizzastorm: It doesn't matter if the offender has a clean record or not.
If they break any of our game rules they will get a ban regardless
of their past history. The only way their previous record can
affect a ban is to lengthen it if they are repeat offenders.
