My Mastery let down or lack of with a Radley-Walters...

You need to do more damage.  This is a very popular tank with a lot of people playing it.  You really need to do something exceptional to earn an Ace Tanker Mastery Badge.  Most of your xp will come from damage dealt.  Not saying you didn't do a lot, but you have to beat 99% of the other players.  Medals for kills are shiny, but damage counts more than kills.   Key differences between the mastery badge game I posted and yours is that I killed a lot fewer tanks but did more of "my own" damage hence 1400xp vs your 1200. Accuracy helps too, but you have that.
