merig00: Have you downloaded and installed the game?
If you did the default location for the game should be C:\Games\World_of_Tanks
Go to that folder and find WOTLauncher.exe - start it.
You'll see a pop up window with news and information etc. In the bottom right corner there should be a red Play button. Press it. The game will load. Enter your login info and you are all set. From that point on follow the video tutorials (http://game.worldoft...deo/+Tutorials/) check out wiki and other cool stuff on the same page (to the left of the videos)
