I have some questions

That usually means penetration numbers for the three types of projectiles: AP(Armor Piercing)/Premium (can be AP or HE)/HE (High Explosives)
2# Do you get more points for winning
The team gets 50% bonus for winning, also you get more points if you stay alive at the end of the round
3# What is the point of meduim tanks (dont attack me i just dont know)
Support of the heavy tanks and for the fast attacks
4# whats the downside to the tank destyoyer
Limited rotation and weak side armor
5# is there a downside to useing the autoaim
Autoaim is not that accurate and aims at the center-mass which is usually at the base of the turret which, in most cases, is very well armored
6# how long will it take to get to the last tier of tanks
Depends on how how many hours per day you play
