Skirmish 5- Cap set to M4 & PzIV

lord_farquad: Just for clarification, the point of Skirmishes is not as much to be a competitive outlet, but an event which we can test various formats and try to create fun events. We apologize if an event we create is not what you want, but obviously we learn from that. It may seem crystal clear from your end, but on paper there are some combinations that don't make sense, yet are extremely fun... there are others that obviously aren't, but we often have to test them in order to find out.
So we're sorry if you don't like a particular event. We do try to make them enjoyable, unfortunately that means experimenting, otherwise they'd all end up being the exact same thing.
