I would have assumed that a server issue ruling would include all parties. If this was a dispute ruling I would argue there seems little point in a rematch unless the score was with in 1 point (3-2) and the losing team was forced to play with the south side disadvantages.
I hope next time that a server issue arises which effects all teams that the ruling too will effect all teams.
