On another note, which will soon be announced in GD, we've just hired another eSports team member to help with the scheduling. Obviously it's hard for me to travel, manage live events, and schedule battles so now we'll have someone dedicated to that. This should allow us to avoid the vast majority of these kinds of scheduling issues in the future.
