Here are my two ideas to partially seed the tournys.
1: Allow each team to submit one tournament sister team. That team would automaticly be in the other half of the bracket. That way when clan based teams submit multiple teams then can be assured of not knocking each other out until the finals.
2: Take the last top 4 teams and split them up in four quarters of the bracket (assuming the have the same name to be identifiable and most the same players). This rewards the last top four teams for placing well, and not having to face each other right way.
This may seem extreme for such 'casual' tournys but you are tooting these and a E-Sport.

for a week long tournament, and would likely mean that the
Skirmishes would no longer occur weekly. So I doubt we'll be
seeding the Skirmishes anytime soon.
If you want seeded tournaments I suggest you keep your eyes peeled for future league events, as the playoffs of those will likely always be seeded (similar to how the Classic was).
