Adopt a newb, Mentoring Program.

lord_farquad: I just noticed this topic and thought I'd add my 2 cents. As others have mentioned I did run something similar that was quite successful (we ended up getting several hundred people involved), unfortunately I started it right before I joined Wargaming, and as others have also mentioned, I was no longer able to continue the program due to time constraints.
That said I am excited about any program that seeks to accomplish the same goals! If those organizing the program would like any suggestions and perhaps some help with publicity, please feel free to contact me through PM!
