Support ticket system does not work

krazyone: Tankers please keep the responses here as descriptive as possible, and provide as much information as possible.
Examples would be: screen shots, what browser(s) you are using, and at what point in the process you are running into issues, etc.

Other things to try: clear your cache, re-install your browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Chrome Beta, etc.), and update java and flash players.
