friend list gone, control buttons not saving

Everyone who was on my friends list has
been deleted. My clan mates are experiencing the same problem.
No mods are installed whatsoever. And yes, I am submitting a

the players on my blacklist are gone as well, meaning I can't
focus any scumbags on the enemy team EDIT2: Also, every last bit of my chat
history with any person has also been deleted... Not that it

XMPPCS this morning - which affects in-game chat. There is a
possibility that this maintenance has affected the friends list,
temporarily removing it. I'm going to keep an eye on it on my end
and report it as well. Again, I'm hoping this is a temporary
side effect of the maintenance and it will resolve itself soon. If
it doesn't, once I get into the office I will escalate it further.
