Team names - what's proper and allowed?

What about team names used in tournaments? Can a team
be disqualified for an improper name? I ask because upon
examining the roster of teams for the group I'm in for tonight's
(4-27-2017) Tier III 1v1 tournament I noticed that one team has a
quite offensive & racist name. I'd love to see that team get
a DQ for such behavior and am considering filing a dispute to bring
it to the tournament director's (dance's ?) attention. Any
thoughts from the collective on the matter? Best regards,
Old Man Zhymmdance210: Hi! Usually if it is a first time offender I will
give them a "free" name. If it's super bad or if they continue,
then I will take actions to prevent them from joining tournaments
in the future / DQ the team for that tournament.
Unfortunately, with the 1v1 tournaments it's super easy for me to
miss a name when going through so many teams. Feel free to shoot me
a PM or send an email to tournaments@wargamingamerica.com and I'll
take care of it! Apologies for missing it the first time I
checked
