a method for balancing the matchmaker

  this is 1 way to balance the matchmaker.  
 

dance210:   Hello cheapbooks!   Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback on matchmaking and what changes you would like to see. As Mad_Maxximus mentioned, there is currently a planned changed to how match making works in update 9.18; you can find the planned changes here. These changes are designed to match teams based on tier (e.g. a 3-level battle would have no more than 3 top tier tanks, 5 middle tier tanks and 7 bottom tier tanks) and vehicle composition (e.g. balances the distribution of lights, artillery and tank destroyers between the teams).   While I understand that these changes aren't quite what you are suggesting, I'm excited for them to be introduced in the next patch!
