9.18: Release Date (NA gets it first!)

dance210: Hi guys,   Yes, the NA server will be getting patch 9.18 first. The changes in this patch (e.g. MM overhaul) is different from previous patches and it made sense for NA to get it first. Our players have a wide variety of computer specs that will help test the new Matchmaking system and map rotation on a live server more efficiently than other regions.
