dance210:   Hello Arrowfoot,   I understand that you are upset that there is a Clan tournament at tier X, which limits that players who wish to participate. This tournament is intended to showcase top-tier, competitive gameplay, with the Finals being streamed when possible. While the 1st place prize of 100,000 gold seems like a lot, that is for the Clan Treasury not per player. For a 100 player Clan, split evenly, it would only amount to 1,000 gold per player.   For players in a Clan who don't wish to participate in tier X, we normally offer the Call to Arms tournament every Saturday at 3:30 pm PT. While it has a lower prize, Clans are usually split into groups of 5 or 6, with the top 4 teams earning a prize. If you aren't interested in a Clan tournament, we do offer 1v1 tournaments with a top prize of 500 gold, with up to 70% of the players earning a prize. I encourage you to check out the tier VIII tournament on Thursday and/or the tier V tournament on Saturday!   We strive to offer a competitive environment for every tanker, from the casual to the hyper-competitive.
