rules were copied from the Skirmish, which have several group stage
rounds. Basically the disputes need to be turned in soon after the
tournament has ended. In reality, I don't start dealing with them
until Monday, so I normally accept any disputes that came in on
Saturday or Sunday. The 1v1s will likely be coming back in
some way, although nothing has been decided yet. They may focus on
tier rather than tank type, which would make all of our lives much
easier.
Also as an FYI for those involved in the heavy 1v1 last weekend, I haven't had a chance to process the disputes yet, which is why prizes haven't gone out. I should hopefully be doing that today. Sorry for the delay folks!
