dance210: Correct. It is set up so the low tier tournaments don't give
out as much gold, so they can't earn the highest tank prizes. Even
if low tiers had their own overall standings, the tank prizes would
have been lower. This incentivizes higher tier play, and rewards
those who do well in the higher tiers.
