captain doesn't submit the team, as long as they have the minimum
number of players. On the right side, underneath the
tournament logo and information, the captain has the option "Apply
for Tournament." Once that is clicked the team status will change
from "Forming" to "Accepted" or "Pending Approval," depending on
how we have registration set up. What tournament did you try
to apply for and what was your team name? Thanks!
