is a bit outside my scope though, so bear with me please 
1. From what I understand
of the system, the first players to check-in are the ones who will
go into battle. So, the captain would need to make sure the active
players are the ones checked in before he checks in the team. 2. I
haven't seen the list of players, but I am guessing that it will
only be those who actually play. I'll have a better idea after the
first tournament is done. 3. Unfortunately, I'm not sure about this
one. I'll try to find an answer. 4. Again, sadly this is one I'm
not sure of. With all our closed testing, the captain was always in
the battle. I'll try to find an answer. Or maybe someone will also
check these while they are in the tournament

manually set when each round will happen. You can do one round a
day, or have multiple rounds in a day. It is unlikely there
will be support from Razer. Support from Wargaming is currently
undefined, but potentially possible. I would guess if the organizer
was giving out gold, then s/he would likely want to gift it from
the gift shop - but again, player organized tournaments won't
happen until after the beta is over.
