dance210: Hi DjNEMO! There were 87 teams last night, making the top
10% 8.7 (rounded up to 9 teams), the top 20% of teams was 17.4
(rounded down to 17). All the teams that tied for 9th were awarded
the top 10% gold. Because of the ties for 9th place, there
were only two teams that were in the top 20% bracket (the teams
tied for 17th place). Hope that makes sense!
