dance210: The number of Type 59's given out will vary depending on the number
of players who earn the most gold over the weekend. There could be
8 winners or there could be twenty, there is no way to predict it
now. I know there have been forum contests that give out
premium tanks, including the Type 59. I happen to be in charge of
tournaments, so we decided to do a fun little weekend tournament
with various premium tanks as the major prizes
