captain submitted a dispute via official channels, yes we are
now into the third day without any kind of
response. dance210: Hi! That's not a "bug," it's not "broken" and we can't fix
it. Why? The draw rules are dealt with manually and are not
reflected in the groups. They have always been like that and will
likely always be like that. The system defaults to organizing the
team 1) by points then 2) alphabetically. The system isn't
flexible enough to use draw rules for Tournament A and default
rules for Tournament B. That is why we post the draw rules, so that
all players know how the final standings will be ranked within a
group. If your captain didn't get a response then it is
because it's not actually a dispute. That, or the tournament hasn't
been dealt with yet.
