feedback!, but it honestly seems like you're doing the
opposite...and maybe this game is nothing but a CASH grab>? All
im asking is that someone spends the time to fix this and to
re-check and check again to make sure its working properly..my gf
and I have spent a lot of money on this game for us, family,
friends, and clan mates.. because we enjoy it ! ...now all I see is
mistakes after mistakes. Players are losing interest in this game
fast... you NEED to start to fix the issues!.. add the LINK under
players names so they can have easier access to the Forums and
Portals.. it only make sense! why havnt you done this? Educate our
players? help them>? Instead so many players are left in the
dark and cant learn the game and then have others trash talk them..
its a very bad problem in this game and it needs to be fixed!- WE
HAVE TO BE NICE AND PASS IT ON! (sorry for my bad grammar

feedback...we always love feedback! Second, I'm going to
separate your ideas out a bit, as I feel as though you are talking
about more than just the Stand-To's (or tournaments in general).
Forgive me if I'm wrong
1. You are correct;
mistakes do happen, and it's always unfortunate when they do.
Sometimes the mistakes are within our control and, when we can, we
strive to fix those errors as quickly as possible. Sometimes,
though, what happens is outside our control and there is no way for
us to fix it in a timely manner. Never think though that we are not
sincerely sorry when errors happen or that we don't care. 2.
Compensation. What, exactly, were you upset about regarding
compensation? Just for that one tournament or in general? I
ask because we have certain policies that we follow (e.g. for
general server errors, gold compensation to all players in the
Skirmish; for mistakes that are corrected, we generally don't give
out a general compensation to every player, instead we re-schedule
and/or adjust scores as needed). I cannot think of any tournament
where we haven't tried to compensate our players fairly and/or
re-scheduled the battles to address the issue(s). 3. Issue
from yesterday's Stand-To. Did you send in a Support ticket or did
you email tournaments@wargamingamerica.com? Like all of our
tournaments, we need players to email us about tournament
issues, not submit a Support ticket. The reasoning is
simple: we check the email box immediately; we do not have access
to Support tickets. I am guessing it was a support ticket, as there
was only one message regarding the Stand-To and it wasn't a
dispute. 4. Links to forum and portal. I will admit, I am a
bit confused about this one. Are you talking on the forums there
should be a link to the portal? Or in-game you would like to see a
link to the forums and portal and, by extension, to tutorials for
new players? I'm thinking this is a more general issue, unrelated
to tournaments.
