Stand to 3 way draw who won?

dance210: Hi!   The first of the draw rules is head-to-head. In this case, it's how did they do against each other. For the three teams tied for first, they each won one and lost one against each other. So, we cannot determine a victor.   Next is head-to-head against group leader. As they are tied for first, there is no group leader. On to the next!   Now we look at the final position of other teams they lost to. Sadly (or not) they didn't lose to anyone else. So, we will have no victor.   This brings up to the last rule. If no winner can be determined, then the teams split the gold. So, congrats to those three teams!
