This is especially so if the players concerned are not regulars on
the tournament scene (and which I presume to be the intended
targets of this format). Allowing more time for registration should
see more participation from this class of players.dance210: I may try doing that next week. Part of the objective
is ease of registration - you sign up on Tuesday and play on
Wednesday. But yes, allowing a slightly longer registration could
help teams fill open spots. One thing I don't want to happen
though, is to have so many daily tournaments open that people can't
remember which one they signed up for :)
