dance210: If you signed up on the tournament page, that you needed to
provide a team name before you were allowed to register. If
you signed up via the email, than no team name was necessary (in
fact, it wasn't possible to provide one). Either way,
players will be assigned to teams, which will likely have generic
team names :)
