playing tonight? is this because i put "help me this team
cheated" and i didn't put dispute in the
subject line? is there a website where it posts all the
rules so i know im submitting a dispute correctly.
I have a few old disputes where should I forward all the
emails to? thx thebigosodance210: That would be correct. Unfortunately, the email that you
sent originally didn't have any replays/screenshots attached. Which
means that as much as I would have loved to uphold the rules, there
wasn't much I could do. I see that Moguai has already linked
the Skirmish rules for you. Hopefully that will clear up any
confusion.

taste in your mouth when you play all week preparing for a
tournament spending gold, buying tanks and loading up on
consumables. We had another team report us for the wrong tanks in
the qualifying rounds and it was changed almost immediately. My
point being is that there is really no administration of these
events and rule breakers go on to win gold there is no integrity in
that. Because the ticket isn't submitted immediately and the format
is not exact, is no reason to permit cheating to go on. With World
of Tanks being such a big game with many paying customers its
troubling to think they cannot even come up with a way to prevent
this type of cheating from going on.dance210: If there was a dispute against you and it was processed
immediately, that's because they followed all the Skirmish rules.
While I can understand your frustration, the rules are in place for
a reason. For example, if there wasn't a deadline, teams could
submit a dispute days after the tournament had ended, when it is
much too late for anything to be done. By labeling the subject
incorrectly AND not stating the reason in the email, we have no way
to know that what is stated to be a tech defeat is actually a
dispute. We deal with disputes first and immediately; tech defeats
are not generally an immediate concern and can be dealt with later.
Sometimes, later is too late if the battles have already been
played.
