dance210: OP, the Team Battle skill based match maker is designed based on player skill, NOT on the tank tiers. Which means that players with the same skill level will face each other, regardless of what tier. So it will be possible to see Tier 4s matched up against Tier 8s, if the skill is equal between the groups.
