dance210: Incorrect. The maximum allowed to play each battle is 5. You are
allowed to register your team with 8 players; 5 players will play
with 3 alternates in case something happens. If you decide to bring
Tier 5 mediums, you are still only allowed to bring 5 players into
the battle. Hope this clears up any confusion!

dance210: No, you can enter the tournament without a T69. The idea is to
limit it to only 1 T69 per team, not require each team to have one.
